Delete your Inkstone account

You can delete your account in the app or by email. Either way, it is gone for good.

In the app

Open Settings, find Account and tap Delete account. It is deleted at once.

By email

Write to support@getinkstone.app from the address your account uses and ask for it to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, delete in the app instead. We only know the address Apple made for you, so we cannot match your email to it.

What is deleted

Your account and the email address it uses.
The progress backed up to it: stories read, saved words, review history, seals and settings.
A second history kept from another phone, if there is one.

What is not

The copy on your phone. It stays there until you delete the app.
Your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, because deleting the account does not stop billing.

The privacy policy says what else the app handles.
